As I recall the low rating pi---d off BM last time so we might as well drop it down again. It was a real slap in the face when they put that guy back in charge, I wouldn't trust that guy with a hot dog stand. If they are going to play games at the top we will too.

Come one everyone, keep the negative reviews on Glassdoor coming! Company rating was 3.5 and is now 3.4 as of this morning, lets make sure it keeps going down and lets get CDK down into the 2's! Help perspective candidates considering employment at CDK think twice about joining this awful company, at least they can be saved from making a bad decision by joining CDK.

After many many years with ADP/CDK and now bing shown the door, I can honestly say the leadership since becoming CDK has been completely ridiculous with incompetent leaders changing yearly. This company is in a complete nosedive, even this week is was clear the CTO did not believe the complete level of horses..t he was spewing about how great the reorg was going to be. If product led developement worked, the company would still be doing it. Instead it failed in 2015-2018 and now history will repeat itself. I feel sorry for the younger employees and the current CDK customers.
The rating drops and then they offer the Hyderabad and Pune offices to pay employees via gift cards to post positive Glassdoor reviews.
Someone send him the definition of transparent. 🙄

I just did. I would love to see his approval rating at a 1. Not that that would bring back my job but it would feel good. right now he is somehow at 41%
