Has it been reduced? What was offered in this round? Is anything else part of the package? I'm sorry about so many questions, but since we all know that layoffs are not done I would like to know what people who are being shown the door are receiving as a "consolation prize," just so I know what to expect.

or its a company decision to not pay you
I believe severance is limited to a maximum of 6 months. When we were ADP, I knew someone with 30 years that got 30 months of severance. I have over 40 years with ADP and CDK. Still employed with CDK and love my job. They don't appear to be done with the layoffs.
Over 5 years with the company, got 11 weeks sev and had to sign a NDA
I was with the company 15 years and got 6 months severance. Sweet. I hated that job but got paid so much.... golden handcuffs. Then I got a 6-month paid sabbatical from the rat race. But Bowel Movement has on in charge at the time.
I was with the company 2 years 10 months. I got let go on the 11th, will get paid rest of the month and then a lump sum worth 5 weeks on top of that. I’m hoping I land something soon, have been interviewing so all this can be extra income.
@2thj+1j9wHnsP is accurate.
Two Weeks pay for every year of service, 6 mo max and 50% cobra contribution while under severance. And an out-placement service for 3 mos.
One month per year? Are you serious?
One month for each year
Whoever got 6 months, were they with the company > 20 years.
Some companies give a week per year of service but will have a minimum.
2 years with the company = 3 weeks severance pay.
It depends on seniority, position, and your last performance review. Can be anywhere from a couple thousand to 6 months+ pay.
typically its based on time with the company
It's 6 months pay for many folks
