The lack of transparency and lack of trust in the workforce is turning this into a horrible place to work. Treating workers like children rather than giving them authority and autonomy to do their jobs is causing many of us to consider leaving. Anything is better than having every single of your steps monitored. What happened to this place?

I say we all just take the next week off due to mental breakdowns from stress.
There is life outside CDK. I recently put my notice in after 12 years. Just talking with another company's hiring manager really put things into perspective for me.
