I’m astonished at the reckless disregard for those employees who worked so hard over the past 3 1/2 years fixing what MacDonald destroyed when his te---r finally ended in 2018. How can you think it’s OK to allow him back to CDK to do the same exact thing all over again? For what, money or should I say greed?
It’s really a shame because you should know, MacDonald is hated by those is at CDK, there is no respect for him or for Brookfield.
You’ve managed to CDK back again but this time, it only took 3 months.
My understanding as of Friday, October 14, 2022 is they are to cut as much as they can within the next three years and they will be selling off again.
We worked so incredibly hard to clean up, recover, and regain not only the customers, but the employees trust & respect from the destruction BRIAN MACDONALD, and hIs kool-Aid drinking, YES men, specifically, DAN FLYNN, they left in their Wake the first time.
Why would brookfield allow history to repeat itself and allow them to create a demoralizing and dehumanizing work environment? Do you not see or realize this is impacting your reputation as well?
Shame on you, shame on all of you who has allowed us again. For you I have but two questions.
- have you come to terms with who you are inside and look at yourself in the mirror and say I am a good person?
- do your partners, children, grandchildren, know the type of person you really are?
I really hope they don’t because I’m not sure you could handle the disgust and hate you would see in their eyes.
But India hasn’t been successful with the tasks they had already been given!?! (In my opinion, they are only able to do things when they are absolutely black and white. When there is need to put logic into the equation, they don’t know what to do.)
I would expect this to go on quarterly for three years just like last time. The pattern is identical.

9+ years with the company and I was cut today too. No, the cuts are not done for this week. There are more to come tomorrow and Friday is my understanding.
CDK has become a laughing stock in the DMS arena.
It is not a third party, unless you count Brookfield as third party. They want CDK as cheap as possible.
A third party is managing the staff reductions to be impartial. It's a numbers game.
if they lay me off, the only way I'd ever even consider for a second coming back, is with a 200% pay raise, and guaranteed 2 years of severance when they lay me off again.

The last time when BM was in charge he had Dan Flynn doing much of his dirty work. Dan changed his tune as soon as BM left. Dan has indicated that he believes it’s better to cut too deep than not to cut enough. Mark my words, Eventually the customers dissatisfaction will cause people to be rehired in the US. I know that’s of little consequence to those who are losing their livelihoods but it’s better to know what you’re dealing with then to have your head in the sand.
Cdk family get out while you can BM is going to continue until the company has no one but India. He is here for one purpose and one purpose only to destroy you and your years of service. It means nothing you mean nothing to CDK.
