After working for ADP/CDK for over 40 years, the company is now destined to fail. We had 500 cases sitting in the System 1 queue. Some of the caes are 2 weeks old. Few are available to even look at the cases. Then we're switched to half-baked software that doubles our time to even complete a case. We have some very high profile Clients that aren't getting the service they deserve AND pay for. And Client's are asking what is going on and CDK isn't providing any talk-track. But they sure as he-l record you calls to catch you saying something they don't approve of. Please lay me off CDK.

I have been being honest with my clients, at least the ones I'm close with. I am telling them to complain when they don't get the support they pay for. I wonder if R&R is hiring.
