CDK Leadership is so out of touch with reality

They just sent a email that is helping to empower us to be knowledgeable and able to incorporate straight talk of our own by using a consistent, approved message that are aligned with CDK's business strategy.

How can you compare consistent, approved messages with straight talk of your own?

They are just following a pattern.
Change communication methods,
Ask for more engagement,
Start/change surveys,
Search for new corporate values,
Explain how removing RSUs are a good thing(black really is white),
Promise company wide salary review(any month now).
All while cutting deep/gutting support sales and r&d. Surprisingly a lot of people believe the lies and stay longer than they should
....
This is the way.
