CDK Global is heading in the wrong direction, laying off most of its tenured employees. Feel sorry for the clients as there isn’t any support left for them.

This company was bad when it was ADP Dealer Services. It appears little has changed.
Oh, there will be support, out of India, where it will be graveyard shift, so the best and brightest won't be answering your call when things go wrong.
