Future closings

What is the time frame for the next announcement of closings?

This will take about a year or two to complete.

Virtually ALL locations will be closed and the employees at those locations eliminated. Only the new offices will remain such as Norfolk, Maitland, El Paso, etc. and will be staffed by new employees being paid far less than the eliminated. This will... — read more

New Low-cost Employees Don't Have it so Good

I read a company review from Glassdoor by a new employee working from the Norfolk, VA office. It seems the management style there is dictatorial, with preset hours 8 to 5 with no deviation. Filthy restrooms mentioned.

Homeshored

Every single employee who works from home will be out of a job. ADP no longer wants employees working from home.

To all current ADP employees, do yourself a favor and start looking for a new job now instead of later. Company is only keeping five locations open and if you wait till the end it will be harder to find a new job with everyone flooding the job market... — read more

ADP has been showing no concern to laying off people with no notice at all. I hope the company hands out jars of lubricant to the new hires because after a few years on the job they will need it.

Protest

A protest rally is being planned early next week in front of the corporate headquarters of ADP in New Jersey. A lot of people from other companies will be joining in to demonstrate.

Time Frame

ADP seems to be picking the 15th of each month to layoff people. Over the last two months several people have been let go with no warning on the 15th.

Company should start firing managers to reduce cost. To many layers of managers and most of them are useless and overpaid. Team managers are the biggest joke.
