They haven't stated laying off the West coast folks yet because I heard they can't find qualified candidates this is a BAD move for ADP and some BS they started off by giving our jobs away to the PHP now they are back to the plan of getting low cost workers from the states but I take years of experience and knowledge to help customers properly most employees have 15+ yrs with ADP and this is the thanks we get!! MAGA huh

I always said that Synergy would never work at ADP. They became way to top heavy in management.
But it is "grand" to ADP. Look at how much the company is saving in salaries! They are going to be rolling in dough!
However, by laying off most of its workforce, the challenge for ADP is to find new lower paid employees (associates) who are anywhere near as competent as the employees they are replacing. Since it takes a couple of years for a new employee to be productive, this "get rich quick" employee replacement scheme is bound to fall flat on its face. ADP clients are already generally dissatisfied with ADP'S offerings and service. Once the majority or all employees have been replaced with the new "McEmployees (you want fries with that?)", client service will go from bad to awful to horrific. It is hard to see how ADP could survive this "employee replacement initiative" and not go under.
I don't think there is anything "grand" about a opening of a new office that is hiring new people for lower wages while thousands of other people are losing their jobs with the company.
The Grand Opening for the Arizona office is OCTOBER 1 2017
Many outside job seekers don't know that layoffs are going on at ADP. If they read the reviews on Glassdoor and Indeed they may find out from some of the posts.
Unfortunately, many of the posts at these two sites praise the company. That is not surprising since ADP management reads these posts and can ask employees and others to contribute some posts that flatter ADP.
Maybe they can't find enough qualified talent because people are shying away from applying with the company when layoffs are going on.
A lot of job applicants read reviews on job sites and most of the reviews are negative towards ADP.
It's all about money. Not quality, not service, and certainly not loyalty. In this attempt to save a buck, the company has bitten off more than it can chew and will most likely fail in the near future.
Congratulations ADP, you screwed up royally and now you're going to pay the price!
