Thread regarding ADP layoffs

ADPs best days are over!

ADPs best days are over. This company will fall and cease to exist. The latest Sr Mgmt jabber is a "2020 vision". I wonder if thats when they think the fruits of their glorious RIFs, cutbacks, restructure, and hiring millenials will come to pass. We will see how THAT works out for the company.

ADP reminds me of an abusive relationship: everyone thinks the company is great, innocent and would never do anything wrong. Opposite is true! I have seen the bully and intimidation tactics.

Reading these stories only makes me realize I too was a part of ADP's foolishness. I worked in one of there One ADP sites and was laid off after 10 years of management experience. While I valued the experience and truly loved my peers; I knew this company was headed downhill years ago.

Senior leadership consists of autocratic, self righteous, arrogant people who are more vindictive than caring. They are consistently looking to better their position in the company and spew dogmatic propaganda about the offshoring of jobs. My own experience left me dumb founded when I found myself laid off after filing and successfully winning an ethics complaint against my superior. That's how this company operates internally. As a former member of the leadership team, I saw this same fate fall upon employees several times.
