Thread regarding ADP layoffs

Reps

For the life of me I don't know why reps are not spreading he word. Some won't listen, there are always the Polly Anna types but people need to know so they can make life changing decisions with knowing they may be unemployed any day.

I have been sharing with all reps i can trust, I know it is real because our manager just up and relocated to one of the old locations they are keeping. He is trying to save himself for sure. Funny thing is all of his team are homeshored reps, when we go he is sure to go too.

I recently was hired by ADP , older and wiser...and the atmosphere seems wonderful..but coming out of training, none of the trainees really know much...we get brief concepts...but it is an extremely detailed job and they try to teach too much in a short 3 month period of time...and regurgitating is not easy...seems have a lot of reps trying to fix errors of other reps..because lets face it...nobody really knows what they are doing.

Some people cannot handle the truth. This information is too scary to process for many. Most prefer to stick their head in the sand and hope that this problem will go away. The paycheck is still coming in on time. Everything will work out. Everything will be fine. Unfortunately NOT.

You have done your best to warn others about the upcoming layoffs. Now do what you can to help yourself weather the storm and stand ready to assist others as some "may see the light" before the layoff sees them.
