Especially since the jobs are being replaced at entry level wages?

Unfortunately, what ADP is doing is not illegal. Sad, but it is legal.
Welcome to the corporate world. However, I do not think they will be successful.
How can a worker be labeled as not productive after 10 or more years of employment?
Company is closing up a bunch of locations in April and May. People of all ages work in those offices. However they are targeting other workers individually every week who are higher paid.
Now that you mentioned the age factor most of the people being let go recently are over 40. They are just told they are done.
ADP has been telling every single person they are not being productive enough. Nothing but bs and their way of cutting cost.
People deserve better then being tossed out the company door like sh-- and insulting them by telling them they are not being productive.
It happens all the time. I have worked at a place that would let go of all women when they would get pregnant, didn't want insurance rates to go up. Sad, but these companys are counting that their lawyers are better then yours. And unfortunately they will be unless you get enough people to file a class action case. Which most people by the time it would even see court have moved on.
