I have looked around for news sites that might be interested in reporting on this ADP mess and have found buzzflash.com
This news site does cover stories about employer abuses. I just wrote them an email inviting them to look into this. I suggest that you check this site out and add your voice to mine by emailing them as well.
Wow. There are very recent postings on this site for "CDK Global." This is the former ADP-owned Dealer Services division that ADP spun off about 3 years ago. Sounds like they are going thru the exact same restructure, relocate and layoff nightmare. ADP is mentioned randomly in some of their posts.
That is so horrible to hear this about him and the stock sale. It is so maddening and such an injustice!!! Where is the media...I thought they love to report on crap like this!!
Please scream from the top of your lungs for anyone to look into it. While your at it, you might mention, how the CEO Carlos Rodriguez just sold 49,392 shares of stock on June 21, and then had a huge layoff and closed several offices exactly one week later....sounds like some sketchy money making. He made 5 million from that sale. I think he so,d now because he knows that when word gets public about what ADP is doing, the stock prices are going to go to the dump. It is public to see this information on CEO's of companies. This information was on transcriptdaily.com, also you can google his salary is making 2.97 mil total comp....also public info.
I am still employed, for now. 20 plus years, thought I had a good thing going and would one day retire from ADP , collect a nice little pension & 401k, but now I feel like a dead man walking. Waiting for my divorce papers. Oh yeah, and mentoring my replacements, half my age.

Good for you on Buzzflash...it cannot hurt. Either way, people need to avoid ADP..a very dysfunctional organization!!
No, I am not wasting my time. Certainly ADP will not be stopped for doing this. I never said in my original post that my intent was to try to stop them. When I emailed Buzzflash, I was careful to say that what ADP is doing is not illegal.
What I hope to do is just spread the word about them. Perhaps this may save some people from some stress and anguish if they read this and decide not to work for this company that does not value their employees, and that very likely going to go out of business due to their unwise decisions.
Very true. Cannot stop the madness at these crazy companies. Can only leave and dont look back..
No matter what is reported about this situation nothing will change. Company is moving ahead with office closings and layoffs to cut cost and save more money and the people who made those decisions do not care about what they are doing.
