Plenty of company have layoffs, however ADP is treating many long time employees like sh-- and giving no notice at all by letting them go.
Everyone knows the company has a goal of downsizing but give some f---ing notice to people when you tell them they are being let go.
I don't think ADP gives any notice to the employees it is going to lay off because it wants them to continue to work productively until the day they get laid off. If workers get advance notice, their productivity plummets and they could get new jobs and leave before ADP would like them to.
