I read a company review from Glassdoor by a new employee working from the Norfolk, VA office. It seems the management style there is dictatorial, with preset hours 8 to 5 with no deviation. Filthy restrooms mentioned.

Good to hear. Our restrooms were filthly also.
I am very surprised that ADP is mistreating it's new employees. Getting rid of more than 90% of its existing competent and experienced personnel is a reckless move that virtually guarantees to bury the company.
There is going to be a great learning curve for the new employees. It really takes several years for newly hired employees to be really productive.
Therefore ADP should take care to treat it's new employees well, and train and nurture them carefully to be as productive as they can be in the shortest amount of time. Getting these employees angry and having them leave for better opportunities is not a smart move given that the company is now on the ropes, starved for talent.
Does ADP know what it is doing? Apparently not.
