I am not sure why people would consider ADP a career I currently work there, and there is no possible way I would stay here. Too much high-school like drama I am a grown man I don't have time for that.

Nothing like working at a company for years and being told you are not being productive enough-aka you make to much so you are being let go. #allaboutthemoney
I agree that it is not a smart move to make ADP a career. Unfortunately, I was stupid enough to work there for a couple of decades. The stress and drama of it was bad. We would joke around that you didn't have to be crazy to work for ADP, but it sure helped!
I lacked the courage to leave and try something new. The only good thing about my ADP job was that I was paid a good salary. But about a year ago they kicked me out the door. So probably my vacated job has now been staffed by a new worker who is earning far less than I was. A cheap salary, less benefits most likely, and no pension (associates who are now hired after January 1, 2015 no longer get an ADP pension). Cheap, cheap, cheap.
