I haven't heard anything about the Clackamas office yet.
People are dreaming if they really think ADP is going keep homeshored workers on a long term basis.
The information that I have matches what the last poster said, that employees can work from home on a short term basis. But they will be terminated within the next few months since ADP thinks that they are earning too much money. Also, ADP does not want their employees working from home, but rather from one of the new hubs. Some of the original high paid must be retained for a short time in order to train their new lower paid replacements.
True that CS folks can opt for home shoring "short term that is" in Lynnwood area - BUT the fact is all associates will be termed within 12 months except those working in the 5 campuses excluding sales.
This temporary home shoring scheme is too allow ADP to fully staff/train new hires for the campuses - simple as that.
Before you post, GET YOUR STORY RIGHT. DO NOT POST FALSE STORIES !!!!!! As I understand it; yes the Lynwood is closing but all client service employees will be home shored. The only persons in that office will be sales.
Sorry to hear that. Good luck and God bless.
Good luck all
