Will ADP be offering lower rates to clients now to pass along the savings the company is making with the lower paid workforce ?

We've already seen the email for price increases for clients.
I think you are asking a rhetorical question since we both know the answer: Certainly not!
ADP is too greedy to pass on any type of cost savings, and certainly not to the clients.
But they have miscalculated with replacing their workers with cheap ones. Ultimately, they will fail.
