Thread regarding ADP layoffs

ADP is getting rid of its most experienced staff and replacing them with inexperienced newbies to save some money

I worked for ADP for many years, and it was always about how much money we could make and NOT the quality of the product or the customer support. But don't take my word for it. Google product and service complaint sites and check out the multitudes of complaints about ADPs shoddy service and products.

And now ADP is getting rid of its most experienced staff and replacing them with inexperienced newbies to save some money. So the abysmal products and services from this company are going to get even worse!

I couldn't agree more. If you are a prospective client you need to check out the complaints yourself. ADP's customer service is abysmal. This is not just a bunch of pissed off employees or former employees annoyed for being laid off. These are facts...I saw it many times during my time at ADP.

Please don't misunderstand, the associates are all good hardworking people doing the best they can in an impossible situation. They have simply been put in a no win situation by greedy unethical management. Yes, that is correct.... management would prefer that work "get out the door" with mistakes rather than take a bit more time and send it out correct.

We tried for years to get them to make changes we suggested to improve our products and quality and for years it fell on deaf ears. Why? Because upper management doesn't care about quality. They care about the share price.

As far as being innovative, ADP's idea of innovation is having both regular and de-caf coffee in the cafeteria.

Run far.... run fast.

Does anyone know if the Illinois offices are getting cut? As we know no office is safe but wondering about Elk Grove, Downers Grove and Chicago Loop.

Can't blame a company for leaving CA. All the taxes and over regulation, you get what you vote for. Other than that yea...ADP is heading downhill fast.

Got laid off 6 years ago after 27 years there. To top it off they told me on the phone instead of in person.

Unfortunately the current senior leadership is all from the outside, they have no real skin in the game, here for a short time to build another item on their resume and the they are gone, POOF! And the reset are left behind to deal with the wake of the chaos and mayhem they caused. Will this be the 3rd month in a row missing the Numbers???? They claim to want to Win as One, but their actions speak louder than their words....

Josh Weston was the best CEO the company ever had!

No matter what you post god forbid don't criticize Mr. CEO. He can go layoff thousands of people and takes offense when he's harshly criticized for screwing people over.
