ADPs best days are over. This company will fall and cease to exist. The latest Sr Mgmt jabber is a "2020 vision". I wonder if thats when they think the fruits of their glorious RIFs, cutbacks, restructure, and hiring millenials will come to pass. We will see how THAT works out for the company.
I don't think that ADP will succeed with new cheap workers replacing almost everyone. Many positions require several years of experience before the workers in them are really productive. We are witnessing the decline and eventual collapse of a big multi-billion corporation who made a very bad business decision.
ADP brings on it's own bad Publicity by closing offices and laying off people.
Protests will nevertheless shine some bad publicity on ADP, something it does not need.
Protesting will accomplish nothing as ADP WILL continue laying off associates across the country and closing offices. The goal of the company is to have 5 Client Service main campuses by closing smaller offices by end of 2019. This strategy applies to the Operation side of the business as well.
Has this happened yet ?
Hoping the protest rally shines some media attention.
They can protest all they like, will change nothing.
When people see what happens in 2017, their delusions and fantasy they think is reality, will come to an end.
