CRA1, CRA2, CASUALTY

Casualty Unrepresented recently got butchered into three segments. CRA1 does no Casualty at all and is basically a glorified LDU adjuster, CRA 2 can only make 1 attempt to settle BI and then claim gets reassigned to the 'Casualty' adjusters who will... — read more

Cannot believe how bad commercials are. Embarrassed all the time. Roll my eyes.

$150 stock price? What's behind the momentum?

Investors clearly betting on a turnaround, but still a money and customer losing P&C enterprise through 2023. Auto rates grinding in while inflation continues to moderate, which will improve profit. What else is going on? The general tone on this... — read more

Why isn’t Allstate Business Insurance dead yet?

Looks like they’re going through another change in leadership - think that’s 7 or 8 in the last 15 years now - and they just keep losing money and shrinking. Tom even must know this is dead by now…

Retired !

After thirty-five years in corporate America, I decided to take early retirement. Not because I cannot do the job but because I can’t put up with the psychopaths that have ascended to senior leadership roles. During my tenure, I worked for seven... — read more

Allstate Layoffs 2024

Is there going to be any reorg or Allstate layoffs? Any chatter, news or rumors?

The incredible number of EXL Service employees

Take a look at Microsoft teams under the name of the rep in FNOL who took the intake. You will be shocked to see hundreds of EXL Service reps all off shore in either The Philippines or South Africa. There are so many of them and the best of them... — read more

Got $10 Walmart gift cards for "holiday bonus"

LMAO!!! What a joke! We told our leader just to keep them and that it was an insult and to let the DM's know that we feel that way. At least the jelly of the month club that Clark Griswald got was a lot more value than this. This company really... — read more

Allstate culture is toxic and poisonous

The culture of Allstate is so toxic and poisonous due to the trail of egomaniac and co--y cretins that have held leadership and management roles in this company. So many years of senior and mid level leaders so far out of their league that it has... — read more

Does anyone actually respect Tom Wilson

Serious question. I do not know of one person working for this company at any level that actually has serious respect for this man. In fact most employees I know see him as a complete laughing stock and clown.

Insincere gratitude

Sadly, due to the brainwashing that took hold back in the 90’s, this company of long standing buffoons in management are clueless on how to express gratitude. They drone on and on about how thankful they are, but fail to express exactly “what” they... — read more

Some insurers make money

Take Progressive for instance. They turned a profit. Employees are not treated like kings, but not treated like garbage either. And there’s a bonus that EVERYONE gets! So Allstate is a joke, losing money. It’s a ruined company.
