Announced in meeting today that Allstate is marching along with its goal of “replacement of American workers with Indian workers” because they’re cutting costs.
An unknown number of staff were given their 60-day termination notice this morning. Due to privacy reasons, they won’t announce how many were terminated nor who was let go. They also aren’t informing remaining staff how expectations for their workload will now increase over the next 60 days as a result. Due to various legalities and procedures, only parts of American workers jobs can be shifted onto foreign workers—leaving the rest of those duties being piled onto in country workers.
This company is beyond ludicrous.
