I wish they would outsource workflow tool, workflow hub and a few other things in the stupid company.

You simpletons, this isn’t for you. It was designed for “leadership” to have an immediate count of the skills available across the entire FOC so that massive staff reductions can be completed without hindering business. You think all the skills classifications are being used to develop staff or identify training needs? Are you naive?
