If you are on a PIP look for another job now, almost no one who goes on a PIP ends up being retained by Allstate.

My guess is that you are an absolute smart assed id--t trying to compensate for a pathetic life, by putting others down.

You sad specimen!

It will typically be between 60-90 days. There are certain protocols in place to protect the company so I wouldn’t worry about anything less than 60 unless you did something illegal to be terminated

This company gets their rocks off firing people. It allows the weak low self esteem people that are leaders in this company feel big and powerful. When really they are weak and scared little people with zero self value or self worth and absolutely no backbone in any other aspect of their pathetic lives.

Total garbage company. I feel in many cases, being fired would be a blessing. There more interstrd in firing ppl than training

Typically 90 days but we have tried to find ways to get it done in less than 60. There's always something. Especially considering the soon to be full automation of HR so we can pretty much do whatever we want at that point.
