I’m hearing rumors about about another round of layoffs impacting Allstate Technology Solutions (ATS). Anyone know when?

Enough of this layoff sh--e. Layoffs are part of Corporate America. Deal with it or leave--end of story. It's like constantly worrying: "Oh, we're all going to die some day". Death will happen just like layoffs will happen. I've never seen so many whiners as there are with this cr-p companyl No one is holding a g-n to your head to work for this POS business.
Can i ask to be laid off with severance? Or make sure they include me next time?
