Multiple, entire departments are being let go as a result of Workday coming in June. You can say bye bye to AskHR and hello to talking to a robot in the near future. Deuces Allstate. Get out while you can.

HR operations is now outsourced to Accenture. They are the new AskHr and Workday support... think configurations, integrations, tier 1 and 2 support
Big party coming next week! Ta ta HR bishes...you days of smacking lips on lobster thermadore in the back office while the commoners were served fish curry are coming to end. Time to reap what you sowed!
Don't let the door whack you on the way out, assuming you can fit through it. The break room is soon going to have a lot of extra salted donuts laying around.

It's June 12. Can someone translate the OP statement. Multiple entire depts are being let go as a result of workday coming in June? This statement sounds foreign written and makes no sense.
AskHR too ? I called them frequently that's upsetting
Anyone with half a brain saw this coming. Spending $$$ on a holistic “leap frog” HR system? How’d they justify this to the board? Huge reduction in HR jobs! Best part though was listening to the Director say over and over again that there was no plan (yet) for the post workday structure. Lieing liars that lie
Rumor has it they are moving HR offshore to Remulak. Senior Leadership will report to Beldar.
As Clint Eastwood noted in Dirty Harry 3, "personnel is for xxsholes"! Pretty much a function without an identity or purpose until the TG nonsense layoffs of the past 5 years.
It’s a loathsome group. Not shocking that they’re easily replaceable.
Good. The smug bi--hes that sat there smirking at you in 2020 while telling you when to expect your email where you can sign your NDA and accept your package are finally on the other side of the table. Love to see it.
Maybe you slunts can start over on a phone role back at the bottom like a lot of us had to to make ends meet.
I agree with you. WFT needs to go. Why do some departments have to use it and not others? What happens if you just stop using it?
No more Kronos??? Can WFT make a swift exit as well?
It’s unfortunate, but Allstate’s history of hiring 5 good people when they need 3 great is coming to a head. Main problem is they’re paying people like they’re good/average so that’s all they’ll keep.
Who cares- that department has been corporate waste for many years
