Have department update meeting on impacts today but how many actually impacted? I know she won't give any real sort of specifics but we heard there was notices given today in Service Delivery. Any details on number of souls impacted and what areas?

More corporate waste
Service Delivery is the massive umbrella that CCC, ASIC, RMBC, the new ASC product, Billing, Accounting, Tdocs, CCOD, and everything else customer facing outside of Claims has been lumped into. Many are vendor employees anymore and the most of the rest will be AI in the next few years. Wouldn't expect it to be around as an Allstate function in the future anyway. A great area to be in if you are waiting out severance.
What is service delivery?
Nah, the heifer didn't tell us chit. Just that there were some impacted and others moved to vendors. No real detail on how many.
