CA WARN notices were filed under Safeway Inc.
Havent seen California WARN but even in CA 49 and under triggers 30 day and 50 plus triggers 60 day WARN
There is WARN pay with severance. Please ask for it if it's not offered to you. It's 3 weeks pay
Likely because they offered severance or sufficient lead notice (end of February) to avoid having to file
