Did WS ever investigate the 'dalton panda' and 'da peep' for all those missing laptops? What they were doing was this, say you were due for a new laptop, they would instead ship you a used unit that was marked off the books and put the new laptop in their pickup trucks, switching serial numbers so anyone checking would think a new laptop was shipped out. Good scam, ran it's course for 5 yrs. I guess two can keep a secret if one is dead, so only the panda remains :)
