Organizational Culture Assessment

The culture’s assessment? Terminal.

Let’s hear some of those responses. I don’t think they’re ready to hear what people really think.

Many in leadership do not realize this place is like a house with deferred maintenance. It has been neglected, unrepaired and unupdated for so long it can't function the way they think it can. You have to fix the boring pipes underneath before you take on that beautiful new renovation.

Need leaders that know how to walk the walk, not just talk the talk.

Positive change is required, otherwise it’s going to be the same or worse. They need change to leadership and systems like call routing. Care is mostly useless. Customers cannot get help no matter what they do.

@c4 agree 100%! That is because they were put in their position for the wrong reason. In the past few years I once heard a VP say “Well, now (insert city here) is in charge.” After their directs were all in the same city as them and let’s just say that city was not Little Rock. That’s leadership you want in a nation wide company isn’t it? Great example of inclusion, right? Neighbors and bar buddies are more important than the success of the business. Great leadership right there. That’s the kind of person anyone would want running their business right?

@af aye, they even keep it from being free form so we can only tell them stuff they want to hear.

Truth? You have a leadership team starting with most of the directors, most of the VPs, and all most all the SVPs and above that have no clue what they are doing and actively lie and objuscate to keep their jobs.

You have a workforce of contributors that has largely given up because even if they go above and beyond they will never get a real raise and the promotions only go to the favorites of the SVPs. Most of the time these favorites are some of the lowest contributors in an org.

You have a sales team that is actively sabotaging the company by lying about its own performance.

This is the result of YEARS of poor leadership starting with TT and ending with the stuffed doll Sunu who did nothing but read scripts to a camera. Gardner gets a pass because things didn't really fall apart until shortly before he was fired AND he was only doing EXACTLY what the board had asked him to.

Reminds me of the Employees engagement surveys, only the answers they want to hear are approved.

#1. Drama is the culture. There are too many drama queens, that don’t know what they are doing, like the creator of this post.
