All these comments about fraud, lying, cheating, and stealing from the company and leaders that support it…. If you know someone is cheating sales, and being paid for it, that’s fraud, and illegal. Lying about a number or cheating to hit a number that is not working with integrity. If you are mistreated by a boss because you refuse to do this or report others that lie, cheat or steal you should report it on the working with integrity hotline. It is anonymous and works when you provide proof. If you wait till they try and fire you for something it will be too late that would just be seen as you being defensive. If you really want to report this stuff do it there. Search for “integrity” on the stream and you’ll see it if the new leadership really wants to change things they need to know. Let’s see how serious they are about making our culture better.

@y4 This site has crushed ST. Lots of damage to his ego and reputation. Probably impacted others but mainly him. Never seen this site attack one person like it has ST.

There was huge hr issues awhile back regarding the guy (fem imo) in Dalton from channel support that totally got swept under the rug and retaliation happened. Saw it. He's still with the company. I think some of the others are gone.
It's most likely 1 or 2 people making the posts.
While I'm not interested in committing fraud, i don't care enough about Windstream to do anything, if I happen to know about it.
I know a VP that was fired for just manipulating numbers that they reported several years back, it was not even sales fraud.. It works, now is the time to speak up - provide those order numbers or other examples. Time to flush out the cr-p.
Well stated guidance and proposed direction. With us part of a newly combined company and leadership org charts scheduled to change, now is the time to expose and flush out bad actors. Pull all sales orders - recent and past, including DRCRIS sales too. Anything looks bad, address it immediately.
