anyone know if your manager gets notified in any way if you apply internally to another position? Been at USAA for a little over 1.5 years as a software engineer and frustrated with my current role

Bonus decrease.
Sooooo, I was setting up some things in my profile and found that it was showing a 10% bonus for positions now and not 15%. So i checked it against random positions and found they all said 10%.
Leaders Hiring their own folks - Remote allowed?
Well, aint that special. How is that J. Cherry can hire someone from Regions and make them her direct report as a "project manager" and in a remote position? this is so unethical
Big disappointment
Every time I hear rumors about layoffs, I am disappointed primarily because I know that all the effort I invested here is not really important if they decide to get rid of me. How does a person fell who's worked hard while knowing that he shares... — read more
Thanks for the unnecessary stress/anxiety USAA!
That's all.

Proxy Voting - Only Veterans on the Board

Intern Review: The Mirage of a "Great Place to Work"
My internship experience at USAA proved to be a stark contrast to their claim of being a "Great Place to Work." Transparency was sorely lacking within the company, as important decisions were made behind closed doors, leaving employees in the... — read more

If 2023 is another loss

When Enough People Make False Promises...

It won't be surprising if they start to overwhelm us even more
It wouldn't surprise me at all. If the manager already doesn't know when enough is enough, then we can expect them to start being even more unrealistic with their demands, right? That is, until eventually burned-out employees end up quitting.
