If there is no work, or the wrong type of work, you are in a very bad situation.
Where can you take a resume with no relevant experience? No where.
My advice is to find a way to get busy, or to join the teams performing work. This will give you runway to keep collecting a check while you train (either on your own at home or perhaps in the office if that is permitted). Actively start looking, and learn where there might be gaps in your credentials.
Run, do not walk, to your next great opportunity. This is not it!
There’s a lot of fun stuff to do in the building if your pace isn’t frantic. Network, jog, shop, eat.
How do you have no work? Please explain, I’d like to be part of that team.

You wrote that "90% of your team is remote for 3 days a week (soon 4)". Why does the other 10% have to be on site? Did you mean that 90% are full time remote? Hopefully, you are posting out or looking for another job outside of the company. Try not to stay dense.

Do you not understand that while having no work may seem like a good time, eventually the company is going to sh-t can you.
In addition whats the point of sitting in a dreary office when 90% of your team is working remote and you are graded lower than your team if you happen to not show up to the office 3xs a week. Stay dense
I find this post confusing. Are you upset that you have no work, still get paid with full benefits and the only requirement is that you show up to work?
So much collaboration. Will be great for water cooler conversations. I can't wait to fist-bump WP in the hallway!
