When they rolled out Face The Fight *TM !!! (pu-e) I couldn't help but think, "charity begins at home, fools" given all I've heard about bathroom breaks, unrealistic metrics, etc.
But I stayed silent since I'm not member facing so I selfishly didn't want to extend myself on topics I thought didn't impact me.
And also because I didn't want to say something from a place of anger that could be harmful to USAA's campaign, nonprofit partners, or someone's mental health. I knew something like this was going to happen. I knew it. Although I'd pictured something even worse, that was alluded to in that email. I would not set foot on that campus and am glad I don't have to and apprehensive for everyone who does. I'm not even sure this person was an MSR but from a selfish perspective I've also realized the culture torturing our MSRs has oozed into pretty much every function of USAA including mine. I hope slack and the post light up like a Christmas tree come monday. This needs to change.

USAA Death – San Antonio Police are investigating a death incident at the USAA Corporate Office – a banking and insurance cooperative- on Saturday. According to reports, an employee of the USAA Corporate Office located on Fredericksburg Rd, San Antonio, TX died from an apparent su----e by shooting themselves in the head Saturday.
Law enforcement agencies were called to the scene for a report of an individual with a g-nshot wound. According to reports, the individual identified as an employee of the San Antonio’s Corporate office was found dead from an apparent g-nshot to the head. Investigations allegedly determined that the adult shot himself following the termination of his employment.
To the person saying the jumped off the parking garage, that is false. Don’t spread information that you are unsure of.
They jumped off the top floor of the south parking garage.
