None of knows what this gentleman was going through. To lay this fully at the feet of USAA EMG when very few facts are available is irresponsible. And the family really deserves some respect and support here. All this speculation feels very harsh and lacking compassion. I do expect USAA will do something for this family because it’s the right thing to do.
Its a shame to USAA management and the EC
