Thread regarding USAA layoffs

We're losing too many people and nobody seems to care

We have to take on added responsibilities and duties constantly because so many were either laid off or decided to walk away to get out of this mess (I envy them, I've been trying to do the same thing for nearly a year). This is not sustainable, but I guess it works for the management since it lowers workforce costs at the moment. Sc--w the future, right? I can't wait to get out of here.

Sounds like the layoffs during Davis reign. So sad that this great company is stooping so low once again.

The company is down BAD, close to $2billion equity loss in the last year and a half and growing. While I'm sure they enjoy the reduction in work force the way they are losing money could extinction soon.

And everyone is getting a huge bump in pay for that too! Yeah, and I've got this frog in a box that sings and dances like there's no tomorrow. Forced RTO = forced attrition, don't care how Amala and others spin it.
