A huge number of employees want to be RIFed

Generally people don’t talk about it but at this point the atmosphere at TD is so desperate that many openly say they would love to be RIFed. Is it really worth waiting for the package? I don't think so.

Bury it, don’t resurrect it. It was supposed to be a POC that shouldn’t have been made into a product. No wonder customers are looking for alternatives. Hopefully the IC replacement is a better bet?

Attrition in PM organization
