Ummm we are a tech company and the legit cto wasn’t at the biggest public thing we did in years. So umm yeah, great.

I understood SB isn’t an employee. So they don’t need to force him out. They can simply terminate the contract.

SB quietly got demoted and now reports to HA. He is no longer the CTO...they put him out to pasture and are trying to force his retirement or him leaving on his own, but he is ignoring SM and still traveling the world on Teradata's dime.
