Worst ELT Member and why?

Teradata is facing some huge obstacles, one of them being the worst ELT in its history. Which one is the worst and why?

The leprechaun (SM) brought all these people in. He replaced semi-competent people with utterly incompetent people. Maybe the board demanded this, maybe not. But our CEO shouldn’t be wearing mom jeans.

It's not just the ELT, I've experienced HORRIBLE human beings here and they don't have an executive rank.

I'm not happy with any of them. No clue about this business. I'm tired of the board bringing in nobodys thinking they can fix it, but just wasting time and getting no where.
I think the old CEO, OR, had the vision, but was to much of an A$$hul that did more damage than good.

Agree with @wqq+1iNYqgMN. There are six that are so bad you can't just pick one. The newest may be the worst. Feedback from people who were in NY for the joke bell ringing said that when she spoke it was embarrassing. But in the end SM is the CEO and all this falls on his shoulders. After MK, VL, OR, VL, we get SM. Sad that we can't get a strong, experienced leader like Snowflake has.

Hands down, KCC is the worst. HR literally has one job responsibility - to attract and retain top talent. On that metric, KCC has not only failed miserably, but achieved the exact opposite. Things were much better when that lawyer lady ran HR so the rapid decline is clearly the sole responsibility of KCC.

Given the precipitous decline in revenue and stock price, do you really believe that singling out one person is the right question to ask? The question itself is symptomatic of a culture of finger-pointing, rather than producing results.

SM - 52-Week Low (Stock), losing market share, losing employees, and losing investors
NC - No Strategy but spent $40M on McK
HA - A bag of bolts for nondifferentiated Cloud/Lake/River/Stream/Pond/Puddle and spent $1B doing so
KCC - Highest attrition and lowest morale in 8-plus years.
SB - Sleep at the Wheel for the past ten-plus years, dismissed the cloud.
JW - Just read the comments on this board and speak with her team
