Thread regarding Teradata Corp. layoffs

Speaking of layoffs, what's the over/under on JW's tenure?

Weeks? Months? I mean, c'mon, what's really changed in the 8 month since she started?

Can anyone say that collaboration is better? Silos are removed? Better-experienced people are occupying top positions (as opposed to buddies from old jobs?).

Her biggest failure is keeping CT and the original COE around. She inherited, then kept, the most toxic part of her team for some reason.

Get her to unload CT first then fire her.

That’s what you get with an unqualified diversity hire.

@Oooch The "why" is nothing of a scandalous nature as you might be thinking. Simply DEI checkboxes.

"I won't say why". Hmmm. Seems sketchy. Really want more info.

I think her position is more secure than that of any other member of the ELT. I won't say why however.

She is literally the worst CMO I have ever worked for. Things are the worst they have ever been since I have been here.
