JC’s report card: A-F?

I don’t see anything different about our strategy after hiring JC. We continue to falter.
Oh, I do see a bunch of McKinsey branded training programs that we are paying arm+leg and drafting employees to take. Other than getting a badge/pin to flaunt on social media, these training programs aren’t worth anything IMHO.

When the ELT brought JC & McK in a while ago, we all knew that it was the typical "Exec bringing in his buddies". Nothing they've brought to the table has been ground breaking, and when the next lay off happens, we'll be unemployed and the "golf buddies" at the top will keep laughing all the way to the bank.

Grade - F minus.

Report Card.
NC spent $30M with McK, he is now paying x millions to use their software to track nonsense stuff. Empire builder NC has a burgeoning strategy office or McK annex. We have ended up with 25 plus strategic objectives, hundreds of sub objectives and thousands of person hours in meaningless work streams and report-outs.

Numbers don’t lie, we ain’t growing, we are not arresting churn, we are not getting new logos and we are losing market share. NC failed at last company and has not only failed here, he has driven the so called “truck” into in the ditch. 50% drop in stock price since he joined, says it all.
