Teradata easily lets the best people go to competitors. I stopped caring about it, it's none of my business anymore because I intend to leave soon, but I can't help but notice how the company is becoming a source of talent for other companies. Shouldn't that be worrying for every leader who thinks about the future of a company?

There is neither a hope nor strategy for growth. So-called managment is milklng the cash cow and cutting costs until the whole ship sinks. Given this agenda, you cut the most expensive employees, not those who create the least value.
Leadership at Teradata? That’s laughable!
Do you think there is an actual manager with leadership capabilities left at Teradata? Obviously there isn’t or the company wouldn’t be sinking quicker than the titanic.
Good luck to both of them
TD won’t pay people what they are worth and will continue to lose good talent
As long as it's white guys it's progress to the ELT.
