I hope no one has heard any new rumors about layoffs? Please share if you have any insights. I am very worried because the atmosphere at TD has never been gloomier, at least since I have been here.

Doubtful. Teams are already running on fumes/skeleton crews. How many more could they cut without negatively impacting basic day-to-day business operations?
Layoffs are inevitable. And our commitment to DEI means that competence will not play into firing decisions. Deadwood and diversity candidates will be over represented in the remainder.
Why bother with rumors when you can logically infer what's coming based on the fact there are no new customer logos / workloads? It's not a question of if but when you will be humiliated in front of your coworkers as you are escorted out of the building holding a cardboard box with your belongings so that the ELT can reward themselves with stock options for cutting costs.
At the rate people are bailing, will we even need layoffs? 😂😂😂😂
