Should we try to use up PTO now before this potential October 28th date? What is everyone’s plan for their accrued PTO?

They’ve been doing small surgical cuts across teams for 1-2 years now. Mostly to move roles to India. Would they make cuts on those same teams again?

I worked at Target long enough to see how deep the mismanagement goes. Decisions made on impulse, no strategy, no accountability. It’s almost a miracle any stores are still running at all.

No shakeup at the top comes without those of us on the bottom paying the price. I’m not sure if it will happen before or after the official transition, but we’ll be seeing major layoffs as a result.
