Mgmt needs to stop asking people to “believe me”. Demonstrate to the employees that you have a realistic and solid plan and we will believe. Also, stop promoting people into VP roles when they have zero or one report. It’s pathetic.

Are there any teams making progress in developing new innovative products at Riverbed? Are any sales people or sales teams hitting their numbers and making any money?
