A smart move to reduce severance payments from the massive restructuring coming after Q3.
EVERY COMPANY has issues, just decide if your happy with the product, package and lifestyle. If yes, focus and win, if not PLEASE find another place to complain and "take your talent". Too many people complaining about stuff they can not change. So change what you can control!
