By IPO you mean Chapter 11? No ones is buying appliances anymore, check PAN/NTX stock price.
Any new rumors regarding going IPO ?
I made my 9%. Leaving was the best thing for me. I recommend everyone who owns class a share to leave and take your guaranteed profit before you lose everything in bankruptcy.
Nobody should have been surprised by this pricing. Everything was stacked against the employees from the get-go. Private equity companies that make money for the proletariat probably aren’t too successful. I’m just glad that TB got bit in the behind too. I’d feel bad for the Ontario Teacher’s Union, or whatever TB’s partner was, but if you got convinced there was easy money to be made, you got what you deserved (I do feel bad for the actual teachers though, hope they were diversified).
Don't dream on it, it is almost worthless at $0.0342 per share. I got the cheaque 3 months after I left, Nothing more and nothing less.
To get any $ from class B, the company valuation on exit day would have to be above (1.094 ^ 4) x $3.5B = $5B (+/- $300m) (4 years / 9.4% class A return %)
Basically, anything below $5B goes to class A. Anything above is class B
they worth nothing unless there is an exit event.
$0.0342? Back up the Brinks truck. My shares might be worth a Big Mac with fries.
Confirmed
$0.0342
