Do you mean the SteelConnect brochures?

Just few days left in September. Sales - do something! Sell what we built

Nasty, who is going to buy during thanksgiving and Christmas? What’s there to sell?

Nothing. The idea is to convince enough people to leave on their own. Guess we'll see another RIF by the end of the year and they want to keep the number of packages to a minimum.

Team, every company has a lifecycle. No company lasts for ever. Only 2 companies have survived 100 years. Look at IBM now. It is unfortunate that we could not build a third technology that could stick after SH, and original SC. My last day this week. Me go bye bye.

Just in- AE canceling Christmas and Thanksgiving this year for all non C-level employees to give sales plenty of runway to finish year strong! Per AE "Canceling January SKO worked so well for Q1 numbers why not do it again?" Consultants to monitor bookings remotely from their holiday parties. In other news Santa goes with SD-WAN competitor "North Pole Networks."

Remember 2016-7 when a few of our execs were regularly making fun of and ridiculing Trump? A normal thing to do in SF but they probably ended up insulting at least 40% of their employees who don’t live in SF.

"When is the next SKO ..."

I just checked the weather forecast and there's no sign hell will be freezing over anytime soon.

We did indeed have the largest pipeline ever heading into 2019. However two strong unanticipated headwinds put many deals on hold. The first was the uncertainty over Brexit in EMEA. The second was the current US Administration’s belligerent trade policy which slowed down our momentum in APJ. However we are hopeful that both headwinds will pass in 2020 starting with elections in the US. Let’s stay positive. I look forward to seeing all again at our next SKO. Riverbed is Coming!

Q1 had the largest pipeline in the company history. Look how that played out

Q looks good depending on your efforts as a seller. Lots of great opportunity and great forward motion especially around NPM. Focus on Networking is a great move, clear vision and mission at this point and Versa is a great partnership. If you can not sell here look at the mirror, ITS YOU not Riverbed!

"one of the largest pipelines ever"

Why does "the team" bother putting out drivel like this? Do they think anyone will believe it?

AE is bullish again on Q3. Every time he's been bullish (Q1, Q2) horrible things have happened. So this may be 3 for 3. The truth is much more believable. Just tell us the truth.
