I’ll take get rid of the decaying upper management. I’d even be more impressed if RM gets input from non-executives as this would ground breaking.
@RM - your existing executive staff tried a gazillion things or nothing to drive change but nothing ever works. They fire people, they reorg teams, they create new teams, etc but the problem remain the same. The existing executive team will conclude the problem requires more changes, processes or training and fails to realize that they’re literally the problem. Don’t be a traditional newbie CEO and ask this same executive team what needs to be done - they’ll literally do the exact garbage over and over again until riverbed disappears. If you want to do things different, don’t ask the executives (directors+) or else you will be reliving the failures of the past. Get rid of the decaying leadership team, they are only good at pretending and controlling information.
