In IT there where highly qualified contractors working since many years from different vendors, But new VP has decided to outsourced everything to JADE Global who got history of paying good commissions and removed all other vendors.

Corrupt companies like JADE should be exploited to USCIS.
At the least old Leadership maintain the balance by keeping corrupt with genuine vendors... doing little justice to company... it appears he wants to eat it all ...
Bad days are back for IT, Leadership changes bought in dummy and corrupt minds... good offshore and on-site earnings
Its obvious that well established services companies being kicked out and keeping corrupted vendor with fake profiled candidates.. hmmm its all about commissions.
